Dynalead provides a real-time B2B (Business-to-Business) prospecting engine that identifies companies positioned for your services and delivers tailored lead data. Our services include auto-verification, lead enrichment, generated outreach emails, and dashboard access.Our services are strictly intended for B2B purposes only.
We offer monthly and annual subscription billing cycles. Payment is due in advance of the service period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Digital Nature of Service: Dynalead provides immediate access to digital prospect data and system resources. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that the performance of the service begins immediately upon payment.
2. No Refunds: Due to the immediate delivery of digital assets and resource allocation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused leads, or if you change your mind after the data has been accessed.
3. Statutory Rights (EU/UK): If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel. However, by clicking "Subscribe" and accessing our digital database, you expressly consent to waive your statutory right of withdrawal as the service is fully performed immediately upon access.
4. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you will retain access until then, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued.
You agree not to scrape, crawl, or otherwise use automated means to extract data from our site bypassing our provided tools. Lead data obtained through Dynalead must not be used for illegal activities, mass spamming, or in violation of any applicable anti-spam legislation (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or PECR). Service usage is subject to reasonable fair use limits regarding the volume of searches and exports.
The Dynalead software, brand, logos, and underlying database structure belong exclusively to Dynalead Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the data provided to you for internal B2B sales and marketing purposes, but you may not resell or redistribute our database.
Dynalead is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the conversion, response rate, or accuracy of any prospect data.Dynalead shall not be liable for any business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages if a lead generated through our platform does not convert or results in negative outcomes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
