Dynalead provides immediate access to digital prospect data and system resources. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that the performance of the service begins immediately upon payment.
Due to the immediate delivery of digital assets and resource allocation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused leads, or if you change your mind after the data has been accessed.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel. However, by clicking "Subscribe" and accessing our digital database, you expressly consent to waive your statutory right of withdrawal as the service is fully performed immediately upon access.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you will retain access until then, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued.
